MOA Lab (Metamaterials and Oscillatory Architectures Laboratory) explores the fundamental physics of vibration, waves, sound, and mechanical metamaterials. We design innovative structures that manipulate how mechanical waves propagate, localize, and interact with matter. Our research combines theoretical modeling, numerical simulations, and experimental validation to develop new approaches for vibration control, wave manipulation, energy localization, and advanced mechanical systems. Through this work, we aim to bridge fundamental science and practical engineering applications.
MOA Lab(Metamaterials and Oscillatory Architectures Laboratory)은 진동, 파동, 탄성 및 기계 메타물질의 기초 물리를 연구합니다.
MOA Lab (Metamaterials and Oscillatory Architectures Laboratory) is looking for motivated graduate students and undergraduate interns. Students interested in vibration, wave physics, and metamaterials are encouraged to contact Prof. Yeongtae Jang by email with a brief CV and academic transcript or visit our laboratory.
