Remote Notary: $25 per notarial act. - Effective 1/25/23, new regulations allows remote notary in New York

Mobile / Travel Notary Public:  - Personal and Business Documents - $90.00 - for the first notarization (this cost includes travel cost, mileage, phone call confirmations and other items) and $2.00 for each additional notarization. We can meet you in your office or you can meet us all over Manhattan at Starbucks coffee stores or Chase / TD Bank ATM areas for convenience. 

LOAN SIGNING / MORTGAGE CLOSING / BUSINESS CORPORATION  DOCUMENTS -  $200.00 for each assignments. Additional fees may apply for distant travel and weekend hours.
Fingerprints: $120 - FBI background checks, employment and licensing printing cards. 2nd Card is $20 more. Office Visit, $30.00 more. 

Apostille and Certificate of Authentication Services :  ($150 - $500), cost varies depending on total services being provided, based on turn around time and documents. 

Printing Cost / Fees - Must advise before appointment for any printing needs. There is a minimum charge of $2.00 for the first page and $0.25 for each additional page.
