1) Who we are

Attendify Vision is an employee attendance app used by companies to manage check-in/out and leave. Your employer (company) is the data controller; we act as the processor/service provider.

2) Data we collect

• Employee details: name, ID number, contact, designation, company, location/contract.
  
  

• Login details: ID number, DOB, contact; device info may be used to protect accounts (if enabled by your company).
  
  

• Attendance records: timestamps, shift/roster info, status (check-in/out).
  
  

• Optional (if enabled by employer): Approximate location for on-site/geofenced check-in.
  
  

• Offline cache: temporary local storage of attendance/leave actions until the device is online.
  
  

No advertising SDKs. No data is sold.

3) Why we use your data

• Enable check-in/out and leave.
  
  

• Provide supervisor assist features.
  
  

• Secure accounts and maintain service reliability/audit logs.
  
  

4) Where data is stored

Google Firebase/Firestore in me-central1 (Doha). Data and logs are processed to deliver the service.

5) How long we keep data

Retention is defined by your employer’s policy and applicable law. We retain only what’s needed to provide the service and for compliance/audit.

6) Sharing

• With your employer’s authorized staff for HR operations.
  
  

• With cloud providers (e.g., Firebase) strictly to run the service.
  
  

• We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
  
  

7) Permissions we request

• Location (approximate/foreground): verify on-site check-ins (if your employer enables geofencing).
  
  

• Network: sync data with your company’s workspace.
  
  

You can manage permissions in device settings; some features may not work without them.

8) Security

We use industry measures (Firebase security rules, encryption in transit, access controls). Your employer manages role-based access.

9) Your rights

Subject to law and company policy, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion. Contact your HR/admin or email contact@attendifyvision.org with your name, company, and ID number.

10) Children

For employees only; not intended for children.

11) Changes

We may update this policy and will post the latest version with the “Last updated” date.
