mMusic Team ("us" or "we") has created this Policy to explain our privacy practices so that you will understand what information about you is collected, used and disclosed with respect to the mMusic Applications Bundle.
By using Applications you consent to the privacy practices described in this Policy.
This Policy covers our collection, use and disclosure of your information through the Applications. It does not cover any collection, use or disclosure by third parties through any applications, Web sites, products or services that we do not control or own, such as Last.fm, or any third party features or services made available via an Application.
A. WHAT KIND OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT
a. Personal Information. We do not collect Personal Information. "Personal Information" is information that identifies you or another person, which may be transmitted or received when you use an Application. Personal Information includes your geographic location information, names, physical addresses, email addresses, telephone, fax, SSN, information stored within your Device and other information you transmit or receive using an Application, which identifies you or another person.
b. Non-personal identification. We do not collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Applications.
1) Listening experience Data. "Listening experience Data" is information about your use of an Application, and includes, without limitation, data about media file title, performer name and album caption as stated in media file Metadata, as well as date and time information. These data may be shared with third-party Applications, Services and Sites. Please note that Listening experience Data does not include any Personal Information nor does it include Content you may transmit or share through the use of an Application (such as photos, contacts, calendar appointments, etc.).
B. HOW WE USE COLLECTED INFORMATION
a. Personal Information. Since we do not collect Personal Information, we will not use your personal information in any way.
b. Non-Personal Information. Since we do not collect Personal Information, we will not use your personal information in any way.
C. HOW YOUR INFORMATION MAY BE DISCLOSED
a. Personal Information. We do not store Personal Information and therefore we do not disclose your Personal Information.
b. Non-Personal Information. We may disclose Non-Personal Information to our trusted partners who shall comply with this the relevant privacy laws. We do not combine Non-Personal Information with Personal Information (such as combining your name with your unique User Device number).
D. THIRD-PARTY SITES
In general, the Applications access third party information (such as your Last.fm account information) through application interfaces. We may provide links to third-party Web sites, such as Last.fm, as a service to our Users. When you click on links of third parties in an Application, you may leave the Application. Some of these third party sites may be co-branded with our name/logo or our affiliated entity's name/logo, even though they are not operated or maintained by us. This Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy practices of Web sites and Applications operated by third parties, whether they are linked to or otherwise accessible from an Application. The inclusion of a link or accessibility of third party Websites or Applications does not imply endorsement of such third party Website or Application by us.
E. USERS WITH WHOM YOU SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We cannot control the actions of other Users with whom you share your information. We cannot, and do not, control the information you share with other Users using an Application, the Services or the Site (including via Forums) or how such other Users will use or share such information. We are not responsible for third party circumvention of our security measures.
F. SECURITY
We are very concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We do not collect Personal Information, and we employ administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect your Non-Personal Information from unauthorized access and use. Please be aware that no security measures that we take to protect your information is absolutely guaranteed to avoid unauthorized access or use of your Non-Personal Information which is impenetrable.
G. SENSITIVE INFORMATION
We ask that you not send us, and you not disclose, any sensitive Personal Information (e.g., information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, sexual orientation, criminal background or membership in past organizations, including trade union memberships) on or through an Application or otherwise to us.

I. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter this Policy at any time. You can always check the latest version of our Privacy Policy at https://sites.google.com/site/mmusicaudioplayer/privacy. You must review this Policy on a regular basis to keep yourself apprised of any changes. If you do not agree to any modifications to this Policy, your sole recourse is to immediately stop all use of all Applications. Your continued use of any Application following the posting of any modifications to this Policy will constitute your acceptance of the revised Policy.

READ_PHONE_STATE is used to pause/resume playback during incoming/outgoing call
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE is used to access music on Device and SD card
WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE is used to store playlists on Device and SD card
WAKE_LOCK is used for correct playback in background
INTERNET is used to search and download album art and lyrics
