MMS Consulting and Training is a firm with the mission to make management into a practice like engineering and healthcare. To this end MMS provides the following products/services:
1. Strategy and System Consulting Package (SSCP) : The client gets strategies and systems it needs/desires. In phase 1, our veteran consultants will identify through rigorous and time-tested MMS Consulting Process, the problems with the current strategies and systems department wise and company wide. There after they recommend the ideal solution which becomes the map for the phase 2 of 3. Here our other set of consultant work with the leaders of the organization to put the new strategy and systems in place. Once they are done our junior consultants will stay back to maintain these until they can operate giving the desired output in phase 3.
2. Culture and Capacity Building Package (CCBP): Our veteran consultants make the diagnosis on what problems exist in the culture and capacity of the HR. They also make a prescription in the form of type, duration and frequency of the interventions (training, HR actions like KPIs, targets , incentive, promotions, transfers, termination, hiring) required. In phase 2 of 3, the other set of consultants and trainers deliver the prescribed interventions using standard MMS Modalities. In phase 3, junior consultants measure the outcome of the interventions as well as maintain the new practices established until they can self-sustain.
3. Part time CEO Package (PTCP) : Best suited for SME's, our veteran consultants work as coaches/mentors to the MD/ED and play the role of CEO but leaving the final decision to him. As needed the above two packages are used.
4. Complete College Program (CCP) : In Basic version, this package is a training package of 10 sessions aimed at bachelor level students currently in college. In Advanced version, personalized coaching by our expert consultants and long term coaching through online systems are available.
