Terms and Conditions 

Introduction

Welcome to Mmokone Interior and Exterior Designs. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

Services Provided

Mmokone Interior and Exterior Designs offers a variety of services including, but not limited to, interior design, exterior design, home staging, renovation, and project management.

Consultation Fees

We charge an initial consultation fee dependant on the project for in-person consultations. This fee is non-refundable but will be credited towards your project if you choose to proceed with our services in specific instances.

Project Estimates and Quotes

All project estimates and quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. These estimates are subject to change based on the final scope of work and any additional requests or modifications made by the client.

Payment Terms

• A deposit of 25% is required upon acceptance of the project proposal. (dependant on the project)

• Subsequent payments will be made according to the milestones outlined in the project proposal.

• Final payment is due upon completion of the project.

• All payments are to be made in South African Rand (ZAR).

Changes and Revisions

Any changes or revisions to the agreed-upon scope of work must be documented and may result in additional fees and adjustments to the project timeline.

Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice of 10 days. The client will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination, including any expenses incurred.

Warranties and Liabilities

Mmokone Interior and Exterior Designs will perform all services with reasonable skill and care. However, we are not liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential losses.

• Any delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and materials created by Mmokone Interior and Exterior Designs remain the intellectual property of the company. The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the designs for the intended purpose.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information, including designs, plans, and client details, strictly confidential and not to disclose it to any third parties without prior written consent.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Mmokone Interior and Exterior Designs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Amendments

Mmokone Interior and Exterior Designs reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and will take effect upon such notification.

Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Mmokone Interior and Exterior Designs, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from the client's breach of these Terms and Conditions or their use of our services.
