It's ok if you are not able to fill one of these specific positions or activities - you will also have an opportunity to sign up for other volunteer activities when you arrive and check-in. Each attendee will be asked to sign-up for at least two volunteer shifts when you arrive and check-in for MMNG.
Host a Cocktail Social!
We invite groups and/or individuals to host one of our cocktail socials held during the afternoon and evening gatherings at the Pavilion. Hosting a cocktail social is a great way to show off your group and support MMNG!
You must purchase all supplies, prepare and setup, and clean up after the social is over. Plan to serve adult beverages, non-alcoholic drinks, and light snacks during the social. You will be reimbursed up to $300 to help pay for the beverages, snacks, and other supplies.
There are a limited number of cocktail social timeslots available. Please let us know if you are interested in hosting one in advance. You can contact our Activities Coordinator by clicking the button below or you can indicate your interest when you register for MMNG.
Vendors
We allow a limited number of individuals/businesses to sell products and/or services during MMNG. Vendors must register just like other attendees and are welcome to participate in all activities, including meals.
We do not charge a vendor fee, but we expect vendors to make an appropriate donation - either a cash donation or donating items or services for the benefit auction.
We retain the right to restrict vendor activities to specific areas of Gaea and to specific times. Additionally, we retain the right to restrict sales and vendors.
If you would like to be a vendor at MMNG, you may contact the MMNG Event Coordinator by clicking the button below or you can indicate your interest when you register for MMNG.
