Pre-Gathering Friday, June 11 - Tuesday, June 15
MMNG officially starts Wednesday, June 16, 2027 and goes through Sunday, June 20, 2027
Help! I registered and paid already, but now I need to cancel.
If you already registered and paid for this year's MMNG and need to cancel:
Through May 31st: You will receive a full refund on fees paid, minus a $30 cancellation fee.
After May 31st: No refunds are available if you cancel after May 31st.
Why can't I get a refund after May 31st? Much of the fees paid go toward providing meals for MMNG attendees. Unfortunately after May 31st we are unable to change our catering order to accommodate last minute cancellations.
