Heggadadevanakote Taluk is an educationally backward taluk, lacking the educational institution needed for the talented students of the villages. Most of the village students therefore have to travel to Mysore daily for 50-60 kms. MMK Institution is established for 1st PUC with Science, Arts and commerce streams between Kote-Sargur to overcome this educational barrier. The college is set in beautiful surroundings. The buildings here are spacious and have a separate laboratory for Physics, Biology and Chemistry. Our college has a good library, spacious grounds, clean drinking water and online reading resources.

This is all spearheaded by President Satish and Prakash, who has 30 years of service as Principal who have already recruited a team of extra-ordinary lecturers and is already offering online classes through live group video call.

The goal of our team and organization is to provide excellent education to Kote thaluk students and create a better future for them.

ಹೆಗ್ಗಡದೇವನಕೋಟೆ ತಾಲೂಕ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕವಾಗಿ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ತಾಲೂಕಿನಾಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಹಳ್ಳಿಗಳ ಪ್ರತಿಭಾವಂತ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಬೇಕಾದ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಕೊರತೆ ಇದೆ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಹಳ್ಳಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮೈಸೂರಿಗೆ ದಿನ ನಿತ್ಯ ೫೦-೬೦ ಕೆಮ್ಸ್ ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾಗುತದೆ. MMK ಕಾಲೇಜು ಇದನ್ನು ನೀಗಿಸಲೆಂದು ೨೦೨೦-೨೧ ಸಾಲಿಗೆ ಕೋಟೆ-ಸರಗೂರ್ ನಡುವೆ ಈ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಸಾಲಿಗೆ ೧೧ನೆ ತರಗತಿ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿತವಾಗಿದೆ.

ಈ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಸುಂದರವಾದ ಪರಿಸರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ಕಟ್ಟಡಗಳು ವಿಶಾಲವಾದ ಕೊಠಡಿಗಳು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದು ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕವಾದ ಪ್ರಯೋಗಾಲಯವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಉತ್ತಮ ಗ್ರಂಥಾಲಯ, ವಿಶಾಲವಾದ ಮೈದಾನ, ಶುದ್ಧ ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರು ಹಾಗು ಆನ್ಲೈನ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಓದುವ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲಗಳು ಹೊಂದಿರುತದೆ.

ಇದೆಲ್ಲವನ್ನು ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಸತೀಶ್ ಹಾಗು ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾಗಿ ೩೦ ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಸೇವಾ ಅನುಭವ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಪ್ರಕಾಶ್ ರವರು ಮುನ್ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇವರು ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರ ತಂಡವನ್ನು ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಆನ್ಲೈನ್ ತರಗತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಲೈವ್ ವಿಡಿಯೋ ಕಾಲ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡುತಿದ್ದರೆ.
