MMDMA was created by Mario Hufana Sebastian that help inspire and motivate leadership teams through hands on music education stories from his teaching career at Elk Grove High School in California, leading organizations such as Northern California Band Association as Past President & adjudicator, NCBA Drum Major Coordinator, California Music Education Association as Public Relations Coordinator, mentoring Drum Majors through MMDMA, incorporating winds, brass, percussion, color guard, and drum majors at MMDMA Summer Camps with guest clinicians, organizing music events with the CMEA Capitol Section Honor Band as Honor Band Coordinator, working with Band & Color Guard Boosters at EGHS, and balancing life as a dad and husband. This is as real as it gets. The phrases "Begin with the END in mind" , "Action Speaks Louder than Words", and "Lead by Example" are incorporated in the customized presentations from Mario's life influences, failures, success stories, and overcoming bullying in high school and in college .
