PD Smackdown: The Challenge!

Want to learn about innovative ideas for designing, developing and delivering effective professional development experiences? Join us for the completely new, interactive PD Smackdown! Using the challenge provided by the facilitators, participants will work in small groups to design an engaging PD learning experience using the four stages of PD (Prepare, Present, Practice & Performance). This information comes from the book The Accelerated Learning Handbook from Dave Meier. All groups will have an opportunity to share out their experiences and the facilitators will design an interactive, web based space to catalog and highlight each group’s successful PD experience.
