You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws. Any violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your access to the app.
By using this app, you acknowledge that Invitation Maker is not responsible for content created, uploaded, or shared by users.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.
Invitation Maker may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone when necessary.
We may remove content that we determine to be illegal, offensive, harmful, inappropriate, or in violation of these Terms or our policies.
By using the app, you agree that Invitation Maker may collect, use, and share aggregated or anonymized data for analytics, performance monitoring, and service improvement.
We may reclaim usernames, account names, or identifiers that are associated with trademarks, legal claims, impersonation, or misuse.
If you create a card, you may have the option to add it to a public gallery. If you choose to publish it, your card may be displayed publicly within that category.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. You use the app at your own risk.
We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from harmful components. We also do not guarantee that the Service will meet your expectations or that any content will not infringe third-party rights.
You agree not to use the app to:
Share harmful, abusive, offensive, misleading, or illegal content.
Upload, distribute, or use copyrighted material without proper permission.
Send unauthorized promotions, spam, pyramid schemes, or similar communications.
Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person, brand, or organization.
Violate the app’s policies, guidelines, or applicable laws.
We do not directly process refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store. For refund requests related to App Store purchases, please contact Apple directly.
In-app subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple Account settings. You are responsible for managing your subscription and auto-renewal preferences.
Your iTunes or Apple Account will be charged once your purchase is confirmed.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.
The renewal price will remain the same as the original subscription price unless otherwise shown before renewal. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store Account Settings.
All app content, including images, text, graphics, videos, designs, icons, and other materials, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, copying, modification, or distribution of app content is strictly prohibited.
Any content you upload or create remains your property. However, by uploading, creating, or sharing content through the app, you grant us permission to use that content as necessary to provide and improve the Service.
We may use any feedback, comments, ideas, or suggestions you provide to improve, develop, or enhance the app without obligation or compensation.
