The initial consultation is the most important part of the vacation planning process. The consultation is where we learn about you and your vacation dreams and where you learn about us, our process, and our services. This is the start of our partnership.
Review your proposal.
Your proposal will be delivered to your inbox before you know it. Take a look and imagine you are already on your amazing vacation.
Provide your thoughts.
Our goal is to deliver you the best proposal the first time, but if something isn't perfect you will let me know. We will modify your trip until you are 100% happy.
Tell me to book your vacation.
Once you give the okay, we'll confirm your reservations. Once your deposit is paid your vacation is official. Now is the time to jump for joy, get excited, and tell all.
Once booked, the real fun starts! While you countdown to vacation, you'll receive communication from us outlining your travel plans, important cultural differences, tips for making the most of your vacation, important information about your resort and destinations, recommendations for dining and activites, and so much more. You will be able to contact me at any time with questions or concerns. We will even schedule a pre-travel call to review everything and answer questions before your trip.
During your vacation you will have priority access to us in case of emergency, flight delay, or other unexpected happening.
