You can pay the deposit by following this link: https://commerce.cashnet.com/BCOIP
Please note: the deposit is non-refundable
Once you pay your deposit, we will send you invites to the LPI Team Dinner and the Orientation. Welcome to the team!
To kick-off working together, we will all come together for a team dinner. This is a chance to get to know one another, chat about what we are excited about, and start to build community. Details of the LPI Team Dinner below:

Before traveling to Ireland, all LPI participants are required to go through our travel orientation. This covers the following key topics:
Review the itinerary
Discuss travel logistics
University conduct standards
LPI code of conduct
Travel insurance
Safety with Sam Gras
Orientation is scheduled for April 27, 2024 at 12:30 PM
mcdonaoj@bc.eduAll participants in LPI will be required to fill out the required paperwork - see below for details:
International Travel Assumption of Risk and Responsibility form - as per the Academic and Extracurricular Student Travel Policy all students must sign the approved form of release prior to departure. Please download the form on the right, print it, sign it then scan the signed form and send a digital picture to Chris Wilson-Byrne at wilsoncs@bc.edu and deliver the physical copy of the form to Chris Wilson-Byrne's mailbox in Fulton 430
LPI code of conduct - as part of the LPI community, every participant will read, reflect on, and sign the LPI code of conduct. This is a very important document that provides the basis for our working norms, ensures a healthy and vibrant community, and is the foundation of trust for our program.
Passport - all participants need to provide a copy of their passport to LPI. Please email a copy of your passport to Courtney McDonald mcdonaoj@bc.edu

LPI participants will need to book their own travel to and from Ireland. We highly recommend that students join us for "Day 0" in Boston and then travel together to Ireland via the Aer Lingus (EI 136) non-stop flight from Boston to Dublin. If students are traveling to Ireland from another location, they will need to make sure they arrive in Dublin by the morning of Day 1 of the trek.
Because the trek ends in Doolin, which is on the west coast of Ireland, LPI will provide a bus back to the Dublin airport on the morning of the final day of the trek. If participants plan to take the bus they will need to book flights out of Dublin in the late afternoon on the final day of the trek. The bus is optional, and participants can arrange alternative travel after the trek, as appropriate.
All participants are required to provide the details of their travel arrangements.
As part of LPI: Ireland, all participants will also participant in the LPI Management Bootcamp. Be sure to mark your calendar with all the dates of the Boot camp - you can find further detail on the Management Bootcamp page.
