Target Audience

Early-mid stage PhD students.

However, we will also consider applications by MSc students, postdocs, and faculty, subject to space and availability. We also have a separate application category for members of industry, with attendance subject to space and availability. Industrial applicants can also obtain tickets via industry sponsorship.

Approximate Fees

Full-time students and academics: 350 GBP

Refund policy: 75% until May 31; no refunds after that

Travel Scholarships

Yes, we will have some, especially for applicants from developing countries.

Accommodation

We will offer accommodation in the Rest-up youth hostel in London with the registration. We reserved 80 beds (in dorms with 6-10 beds). If you are interested in taking one of these beds, please indicate this in your application. Otherwise you will need to find your own accommodation at your own cost.
