This is a drop-in event. Kids (with a grown-up) can come by any time from 10-12 pm to:
Get an official MLK Day for Kids T-shirt while sizes and quantities last
Commit to doing something for your family, friends, school, or community in the spirit of Dr. King
Grab a packet of kid-friendly activities to do at home or at school
Grab a cup of hot cocoa and snacks while supplies last
Important info:
Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
This is a drop-in event with no formal programming. Activities are designed to be flexible and “grab-and-go.”
Lava Java will remain open during the event. Parents are encouraged to grab a coffee or tea and support this wonderful local business.
