Date: Sunday, October 5, 2025.
Time: 11:00 AM Shotgun Start.
Format: 4 Person Team Scramble (18 Holes).
Dinner & Prizing: Following round at the Station.
Starting Holes & rotations are not yet available. Once registration has filled, more information will come out.
METHOD OF PLAY
Play begins with each member of the group teeing off.
With the agreement of the members of the group, the most desirable drive is chosen.
The other members of the group pick up their balls and proceed to the spot of the selected drive, where they will hit their second shots.
The better of the second shots is then chosen. The group will then hit all their putts (or third shots) from that spot.
This procedure continues until the ball is in the hole.
At the end of each hole, the score for the group is recorded on the card. There is no limit on the number of drives required from team members this year.
Note: Please keep up to the group ahead of you
Place balls within 1FT of the original ball (original lie)
On the putting green, please mark the original ball and use that as your team's ball position. In placing the ball, you may not change the condition of the shot. If the ball is in a hazard or rough, all members of the team must play their shot from the hazard or rough, respectively.
On the putting green, give each person a shot at the first putt. Do not hole out a short putt if you have missed your first putt. The first ball in the hole must count. Mark your ball and wait.
**Flagsticks may be removed**
**BUNKERS-- You may lift, clean, smooth if necessary and place the ball within one foot from the original lie, but must remain in the bunker no closer to the hole.
**There is no limit on the number of drives required from team members this year.**

In the event of ties, retrogression is used in order to determine a winner.
Retrogression Explained: If the winner of a tournament is the team with the lowest score after 18 holes, then logicaly, a tie for that spot should be broken by determining who was lowest after 17 holes, then after 16 holes, and so on. The longer you hold on to a low score, the better you will do.
Given that all groups started on different courses & holes, we determine True Retrogression based on where you start & finish. For example, if you started on Heather 4, your 18th hole would be Heather 3, and work backwards from there. There are multiple ways to determine a tie breaker, this is how Moon Lake does it.
