Born in Bulgaria he developed his love of cooking from his mother, at the age of 16 he took part in Bulgarian MasterChef, before travelling to France to learn his trade, from there he moved back to Bulgaria where he was voted Best Young Chef. Early in 2016 he moved to England with his wife, he’s been with us since early 2018 and is really looking forward to showcasing his work at our restaurant.
