Online orientation & Problem introduction, 15th February 2023
Day 1:
9 March 2023, 18:00, download the dataset for training: A csv 'dataset_train.csv' file containing SMILES and 4 properties for 5k small molecules as announced on the orientation day

9 March, from 21:00 until 23:59, train the model
Day 2:
10 March 2023, from 21:00 PM until 23:59 PM, refining make new predictions with the model: SMILES for 1k new molecules 'dataset_test.smi' will be shared and the participants must predict the 4 properties

Before 10 March 2023, 23:59 PM, send your predictions :Predictions in a csv file 'Prediction_TeamName.csv' must be emailed to ml4science@iiit.ac.in for evaluation
Day 3:
11 March 2023 19:00 PM until 19:30 PM, methods presentation: (3-minutes presentation of methods by each team with a maximum of 3 slides each)
11 March during conference dinner: Results and Prize Distribution

A jury (Professors Raghunathan Ramakrishnan, Prabhakar Bhimalapuram and Girish Varma) will plan, conduct and foresee the hackathon, and its decisions will be final on all matters. Teams resorting to unfair practices and conducting against the sprit of the event will be disqualified on-spot.
None of the members of the participating nine teams were involved in putting together the hackathon problem.

Try Google Colab in advance, in case you need to use this
Note that we will be in a remote location; internet connectivity may be limited, not an academic place,... Enough homework would help
