Authors Instructions - Camera Ready Submission
To ensure a smooth and successful camera ready submission process, please follow the instructions provided below:
Formatting Guidelines:
The proceedings will be published by Springer in the Lecture Notes of Computer Science series.
Please use the respective Word or LaTeX templates provided by Springer for the final camera ready submission. These templates can be found here:

Note that the camera ready format will be in a single-column layout, different from the double-column format used for the initial submission.
The maximum page limit for your paper, excluding references, is 16 pages.
Opt-out Procedure for Springer Proceedings:
The inclusion of your paper in the Springer Proceedings is optional.
If you wish to opt-out of having your paper published in the proceedings, please directly contact the publication chair, Andreas Maier.
Provide your decision to opt-out and any relevant details to Andreas Maier via email.
Final Camera Ready Submission:
The final camera ready submission will be made through the CMT System: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ML4MHD2023
Prepare a zip file containing all the necessary files for your submission.
Ensure that your submission documents, including the paper and any supplementary material, follow the formatting guidelines mentioned above.
Use a four-digit number based on your paper ID as the basis for naming your submission files. For example, if your paper ID is 17, the filenames should be 0017.tex and 0017.docx for the paper in LaTeX and Word formats, respectively.
Fill this form, and included with all the documents
Finally, compress all the required files into a single zip file, named 0017.zip based on the example above.
