Submission Guidelines for Book Contribution

Thank you for your interest in contributing to our book project. Please follow the guidelines below for the submission of your abstract and full contribution. We have adopted the Springer template, which can be accessed at the end of this project. The submission process involves two rounds of blind review: abstract review and full contribution review.

• Abstract Submission (Deadline --> First Round: 30/07/2023 - Second Round: 31/08/2023):

  • • Make sure your abstract clearly communicates the objectives, methodology, results, and significance of your research.

    • Avoid including any identifying information about the authors to maintain anonymity during the blind review process.

    • Submit your extended abstract through the submission system, following the instructions on the website.

• Notification about Abstracts (First Round: 15/08/2023 - Second Round: 15/09/2023):

  • • After the abstract submission deadline, the reviewing committee will evaluate the submitted abstracts.

    • You will receive a notification regarding the acceptance of your abstract by 15/09/2023.

    • If your abstract is accepted, you will be invited to proceed with the full contribution submission.

• Full Contribution Submission (Old Deadline: 15/12/2023) (Extended Deadline: 30/04/2024):

  • • Prepare your full contribution based on the accepted abstract, following the Springer template.

    • The full contribution should not exceed 50 pages in length.

    • Ensure that your contribution presents a well-structured and cohesive narrative, including an introduction, methodology, results, discussion, and conclusion.

    • Again, remove any identifying information about the authors to maintain anonymity during the blind review process.

    • Include the abstract you submitted earlier as part of your full contribution.

    • Submit your full contribution through the submission system, following the instructions on the website.

• Acceptance Notification (Old 31/01/2024) (New: 31/05/2024):

  • • After the full contribution submission deadline, the reviewing committee will evaluate the submitted papers.

    • You will receive a notification regarding the acceptance of your contribution by 31/05/2024.

    • If your contribution is accepted, you will be provided with further instructions for the camera-ready version.

• Camera-Ready Submission (Old Deadline: 28/02/2024) (Extended Deadline: TBD):

  • • Once your contribution is accepted, make the necessary revisions and prepare the camera-ready version.

    • Ensure that your camera-ready version meets all the formatting and style guidelines provided by Springer.

    • Submit the camera-ready version through the submission system by TBD, following the instructions on the website.
