  I’m Raine Micaiah Santiago (aka Mikai)— a Filipino creative with a heart for storytelling, design, and digital empowerment. I help brands and individuals bring their ideas to life through compelling visuals, seamless digital support, and authentic social media presence.

   My journey into design and multimedia began not in a classroom, but at home. My dad is a professional graphic and layout designer. My mom, a social media manager. I grew up surrounded by color palettes, typography, timelines, and campaign ideas. I watched and learned — then, I tried. What started as curiosity quickly turned into passion. By 2016, I was already designing for friends, relatives, and classmates. Word spread, and referrals followed. That’s how my creative career began — rooted in trust, nurtured by experience, and driven by results. 

  Although my academic path led me to an Associate Degree in Hospitality Management, my creative passion never took a back seat. In fact, my experience in tourism and hospitality played a huge role in shaping my perspective. The industry's focus on communication, presentation, customer experience, and adaptability sharpened my creative instincts and gave me a deeper understanding of how people connect with brands — emotionally and visually. 

   I believe every design should tell a story. Every post should have a purpose. Every detail should reflect the heart of your brand. That’s the mindset I bring to every project — whether you're a startup building your identity or a business looking to stand out.

   My creative philosophy is simple: Design should be intentional, strategic, and human. It should make people feel something — seen, understood, inspired, curious, excited. My goal is not just to “make things look good” — but to help ideas bloom into beautiful work.
