Your Car Insurance Rights
It's your right to choose whichever body shop you are comfortable fixing your car at. Your insurance company cannot legally choose for you. Choose a shop where you feel comfortable and informed.
You don't have to accept the insurance companies first estimate. Many times insurance companies will low ball your estimates to save money. Ensure your car is being fixed to the fullest extent, preferably with OEM parts.
There is no law that requires you to get multiple estimates.
Most major car insurance companies provide a rental vehicle for repairs longer than one day. Check with them to see if it is included in your policy.
Our Insurance Process
We start off by giving you an estimate on your damaged vehicle and obtaining your insurance information. You may qualify for a rental vehicle through your insurance in the mean time.
From there, your car is disassembled to assess the full extent of the damage. We then finalize a repair order, receive insurance approval, and order all parts necessary.
Our technicians will then perform all repairs and body work needed. All vehicles are washed and detailed before they are returned. We perform one last inspection of your car, making sure everything is of the highest caliber.
Your car is ready! When you return for your car, we will have an itemized list of repairs, including our whole process.
