Code of Conduct
General:
Possession or use of alcoholic beverages or non-prescription drugs is strictly prohibited. Anyone violating this rule will be summarily dismissed from the program.
Use of any tobacco products, electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, etc. during the program is prohibited.
Possession, display, or use of firearms or weapons is prohibited during the program and is cause for immediate dismissal.
The use of profanity, or expressions of hatred, is not tolerated and can result in immediate dismissal from the program.
Harassment or intimidation by words, gestures, body language, use of social media or other behaviors will not be tolerated. This includes angry or vulgar language, physical contact with another person in any angry or threatening way, and posting social media content or any other conduct of a hurtful, threatening or offensive nature.
Sexually explicit gestures or actions are not acceptable and will not be tolerated.
Alumni, parents, and official observers are not permitted at any activities unless approved by the MJP Coordinator.
All court rules are to be followed as presented by the court or the local MJP Coordinator.
