Evidences of assessment.
Assessment is part of teachers responsibility inside the classroom. This is what makes the learning continuous in the four corners of the classroom. Learning is the goal of education. Teaching is the means to communicate important knowledge and information to the students. But who decides what is important and which one is needed to be taught?
(Find journals or resources about standards in mathematics education. Answer the question: Who decides these standardization process? What should we be learning in school mathematics? What is considered important by teachers, educators, policy makers, scientists, mathematicians, politicians, and society?)
Why is there a need to assess? If students achieved the standard, so what?
