John Ceneri is a retired high school gym teacher of 35 years from the Town of Hamden. John has owned restaurants at various swim and tennis clubs prior to taking over the site at the Surf Club 12 years ago. John named his business after his daughters, Marisa and JoAnna (M&J). John is a member of the Madison Chamber of Commerce and is an active member in the community. John employs local high school and college students to round out his staff along with several family members. John's vision is to create a fun, family friendly eatery for all to enjoy.
