[ Ring, Necklace, Pendant head, Brooch ] Paint, Acrylic, Paper, Resin, Garbage, Concrete, Diamond, Akoya pearl, South sea pearl, Freshwater pearl, Coral, Quartz, Sapphire, Garnet, Citrine, Amethyst, Onyx, Opal, Cubic zirconia, Brass, Gold leaf.. etc価値がないと言われるものも、価値があると言われるものも、私の感性を通すと全ては等しくみえます。毎日排出されるゴミ、誰かがもう要らないといったもの、道端に落ちていたもの、宝石も金属も拾い集めてストックしています。それらが私という引力で集まり、そしてコラージュになるのです。

I collect and stock anything from trash that is outflowing every day, things that no one needs anymore, things that have fallen on the roadside, jewels and metal. Myself as gravity, they come together and become a collage.

コラージュとは切って貼って組み合わせる作業。切って貼って剥がれて、また貼って切って別のものと組み合わせて...新陳代謝にも似た制作風景。

ジュエリーを作るということは金具など、身につける為に表・裏、そして上下を決めなければなりません。 上下左右やアイテムに影響されない360°を楽しめるジュエリーにしたかったので、金具も身につけられる可能性のある素材を使いました。
To make jewelry, you have to decide the front, back, top and bottom to wear metal fittings. I wanted to make jewelry that can be enjoyed 360° without being affected by up, down, left, right, or items, so I used a material that has a potencial to become metal fittings.

【 88 】イメージコラージュ。タイトルの88とは私の名前、優々(やや)から名付けたものです。水平でみると名前に、90°回転すると∞∞(無限)と言う文字にも見えます。展示会場ではB0サイズのパネルをご覧ください。
