Miyuki Mizunaga is the pen name I use for writing fanfiction.

I have a mind for structure; I can plan, plot, and manage lore effectively. However, I am objectively terrible at writing prose and dialogue. My writing is so stiff that a robot once, unironically, called it "robotic." This, combined with being exceptionally slow at the task, meant that for years, my attempts at long-form stories consistently stalled after a single chapter.

I write fanfiction purely for my own enjoyment, on my own time, and without compensation. Given these parameters, I make no apologies for using Gemini as a frequent co-writer. If this were a professional endeavor, I would either dedicate the requisite time to honing the craft of prose or hire a human writer. As it is a hobby, this human-AI partnership is the ideal solution to my particular bottleneck.

This collaboration allows me to focus on my strengths. My role is that of the plotter, lore-keeper, editor, and final proofreader. I create the blueprint and perform the quality control. Gemini handles the heavy lifting of generating most of the initial prose and dialogue, as well as providing an extra round of proofreading.

Without this process, no stories would ever be finished. With it, I am able to complete entire drafts before I post the first chapter.
