MixVault is a mobile application that allows users to upload, store, and listen to music and audio content. The service is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed upon.
IMPORTANT: You may only upload content that you have the legal right to upload. This includes:
Music and sounds that you have created yourself
Content for which you own the copyright
Content for which you have obtained proper licenses or permissions from the copyright holder

By uploading content to MixVault, you represent and warrant that:
You own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and share the content
Your content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights
You have obtained all necessary permissions from any individuals featured in your content
You agree not to upload content that:
Infringes on copyrights or other intellectual property rights
Contains illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive material
Contains malware, viruses, or any malicious code
Violates any applicable laws or regulations
MixVault respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been uploaded to MixVault without authorization, please contact us immediately with details of the alleged infringement. We reserve the right to remove content that violates copyright laws and to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
By uploading content to MixVault, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the MixVault service to you and other users.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms & Conditions or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice. We are not obligated to monitor user content but may do so at our discretion.
We may suspend or terminate your access to MixVault at any time, with or without cause, including if we believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions.
MixVault is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MixVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of MixVault after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
