Mixr Upper Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Mixr Upper ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with your use of the Mixr Upper mobile application (the "App"). 

1. Information We Collect

The App uses Google AdMob for displaying advertisements. The Google Mobile Ads SDK, integrated into this App, automatically collects certain information about you and your device for advertising and analytics purposes. 

This information may include:

• Device Identifiers: Device ID, advertising ID, IP address, and other information that uniquely identifies your device.

• Usage Data: Information about your interaction with the App, such as app launches, duration of sessions, video views, and advertisement clicks.

• Advertising Data: Information about the ads that are shown to you, and your response to them.

• Location Data: Coarse location information, such as your city or country.

• Diagnostic Information: Information about the performance of the App, including crash data and performance data. 

2. How We Use Your Information

The information collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is used for the following purposes:

• Third-Party Advertising: To serve personalized and interest-based ads to you.

• Analytics: To analyze app performance, user behavior, and to improve the quality of the ads served. 

We do not collect any personal information, such as your name, email address, or phone number, through this App. 

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not share any user information directly with third parties. However, your information is processed by Google AdMob, which may share it with other third-party vendors, as detailed in Google's privacy policy. 4. Your Privacy Choices

Opting out of personalized advertising: You can control how your mobile device uses your advertising ID for interest-based advertising. You can typically do this by adjusting the settings on your iOS device. 

iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT): On iOS, the App will request your permission to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites for advertising purposes. You have the right to either "Allow" or "Ask App Not to Track" when prompted. If you choose not to allow tracking, you may still see ads, but they will not be personalized. 

5. Third-Party Services

This App uses Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service. The collection and use of information by Google AdMob are governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of Google or any other third party. 

6. Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at Mixr.upper25@gmail.com so we can take the necessary steps to remove that information. 

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
