We are pleased with your interest in our mobile application MixFlow. Protecting your data is a top priority for us. Since this application is designed as a fully offline app, all data processing takes place exclusively on your local device.
The person responsible for data processing in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other national data protection laws is: E-mail: druckflow-studio info.druckflow@gmail.com Martin Schimak Lichtenau 49 4264 Grünbach
MixFlow is a pure offline app that does not collect, store, or process any personal data.
No personal data: The app never asks for your name, e-mail address, location, contacts, or any other data that could identify you personally.
No tracking or advertising: The app contains no tracking tools, no analytical services, and no advertising modules from third-party providers. No data is shared with third parties.
No internet connection: The app operates completely offline.
To make the app easy to use, MixFlow stores technical settings exclusively locally in a protected area on your device. This data is not considered personal data as it is not linked to an identifiable person.
Types of locally stored data: Level settings (mixer settings) made within the app, which are saved as a JSON structure.
Use of data: These settings are used solely to restore your preferred volumes and frequency mixes the next time you start the app.
Background playback: The app can play audio in the background. No user data is processed here; only the operating system's resources are used to maintain the audio stream.
Deletion of data: You can delete the locally stored settings at any time by:
Deleting the app cache or data via your operating system's app settings (storage management).
Uninstalling the app (which will delete all associated local JSON configurations).
Although MixFlow is listed in the "Health & Fitness" category (due to its focus on wellness frequencies and meditation), no health data, biometric data, or medical information is accessed, collected, or processed from your device.
The app does not access physical sensors (such as heart rate or step counters).
There is no integration with APIs like Google Health Connect or similar health-related interfaces.
All app functions are based strictly on local audio output and do not require the disclosure of any health-related user data.
If the app provides a function to export level settings as a JSON file, this happens under your full control:
The created file is saved on your local storage.
As developers, we have no access to these files. A transfer only occurs if you actively share or back up the file yourself.
As an application distributed via an app store (such as Google Play), the download process and license verification are handled by the respective store operator. This processing is the responsibility of the store operator and typically includes: your payment information and device IDs to verify the license and the purchase/download status.
As developers, we only receive anonymized statistics from the store operator and have no access to your payment or license data collected by the store operator.
Since the app does not collect or store personal data from you, your rights (right of access, right to rectification, deletion, etc., according to Art. 15 ff. GDPR) are primarily limited to the data processed by the app store during the purchase/download process or to the locally stored functional data.
Right to access, rectification, and deletion: These rights are exercised directly by you through full control over your locally stored settings (editing/deleting in the app or system storage management).
Right to data portability: This right is realized through the export function directly in the app.

Our app is designed for users aged 16 and older. Since the app generally does not collect personal data from users of any age, a separate consent from legal guardians is not required. The requirements of the GDPR and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the USA regarding the processing of children's personal data are considered fulfilled in this case.
We reserve the right to adjust this privacy policy if necessary to adapt it to changing legal requirements or new functions of our app. The current version will be available in the app and the app store. We recommend checking this policy regularly.
