MI WAY Classroom is an app for English teachers, created by RABII HAJOUI. The teacher's phone or laptop runs the class, and students join from their own phones on the same Wi-Fi.
What the app stores
The teacher's lessons, classes, student names, quiz answers, scores, attendance and notes. All of this is saved only on the teacher's own device. There is no MI WAY account and no MI WAY server. The developer does not receive, see or sell any of this information.
Students' phones
Students' phones connect directly to the teacher's device over the local Wi-Fi network. A student's phone keeps its own name and saved words on that phone, so it can study at home. The app has no ads and no tracking.
Optional internet features
These work only when the teacher chooses to use them. Picture search: the search words are sent to free photo libraries (Openverse, Wikimedia Commons) and to Pollinations for drawn pictures. No personal information is sent. AI lesson drafting: if the teacher adds their own Claude API key, the lesson topic and notes they type are sent to Anthropic to write questions. Student names and scores are never sent. The students' app checks whether the internet is available (google.com or cloudflare.com). Nothing about the student is sent.
Children
The app is made for teachers. Students take part through their teacher's class. The app does not collect students' personal information for the developer, and it does not show ads.
Deleting data
The teacher can delete any class, student or result in the app at any time. Uninstalling the app deletes everything on that device.
