Many of my friends know that I am not a big fan of writing. I did not read a lot as a child and therefore don't have much vocabularies and creativity to write stories. In the past, teachers would assign work with "topics" to write about. However, I decided to join this class because of its name, "Creative Writing."

I did not regret choosing this class at all because I like that we get to write and take journals of anything want to write about. I usually rant about my day in the interactive notebook. There are somethings that I don't want anyone to know about but surprisingly I feel more comfortable to write it in my interactive notebook.

Hi Ms d! I know you are reading this :)

Ms d is a very creative and chill person. I really enjoy learning with Ms d (esp in real life, get well soon!). Some of the moments I enjoyed the most with Ms d is when she shared stories about her life. It is very fascinating for me to know what she had been through her whole life. Ms d would also do a little "debate" with us to share perspectives about topics and I think that is very interesting and eye opening.

This is a very big project that we did back in November. As a person who do not enjoy writing, having to write 15,000 words of novel is very painful. I struggled A LOT at first because I keep getting writer's block and did not know what to write next. Looking back at it, I would spend more time developing my plots since it's a little cliche and boring. However, overall, I did enjoy writing this major piece of my novel from time to time. It is very amusing to see your fingers hit that keyboard very fast.

I enjoyed sharing and replying to many opinions in mixed ink. To me, mixed ink is like a safe space where we can all be comfortable and share whatever we feel like. In the future, I would like Ms d to post more mixed ink to increase our creativity and writing skills.
