Welcome to MitHrportal App, a human resources management application developed and operated by Maganti IT Resources ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile application.
MitHrportal is designed exclusively for employees of organizations that have subscribed to our HR management services. By using this application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Mobile Phone Numbers: Used for user authentication and login purposes through our secure API system
Employee Identification: Employee IDs, names, and work-related identifiers
Profile Information: Basic employee profile data as provided by your employer
Photographic Data: Photos captured through your device camera during attendance check-in and check-out for identity verification purposes. The app uses on-device face detection (Google ML Kit) solely to confirm that a face is present in the camera frame before capturing the photo. No facial geometry, feature maps, or biometric templates are extracted or stored from this process.
Time and Date Stamps: Precise time-in and time-out records for attendance tracking
Device-Level Biometric Authentication: The app uses device-level biometric authentication such as Face ID or fingerprint through the operating system's built-in authentication framework (Apple's LocalAuthentication / Android BiometricPrompt). The app does not access, store, or process biometric data directly. All biometric authentication is handled on-device by the operating system. The app only receives a success or failure response.
Face Detection for Attendance: During attendance check-in and check-out, the app uses Google ML Kit face detection on-device to verify that a face is visible in the camera frame. This is used solely to ensure the captured attendance photo contains the employee's face. No facial recognition, facial geometry mapping, or biometric template creation is performed. The face detection runs entirely on-device and no face data is transmitted to any server.
Attendance Photos: Photos captured during attendance are stored securely on Firebase Cloud Storage (Google Cloud infrastructure). These photos are accessible only to authorized personnel within your employer's organization, specifically HR staff and supervisors. Attendance photos and related data are not shared with advertising networks, data brokers, or any unauthorized third parties.
Attendance Records: Daily attendance status, present/absent days, and attendance history
Leave Applications: Leave requests, approval status, and leave balance information
Calendar Data: Work schedules, holiday calendars, and personal attendance calendars
Missed Attendance Requests: Requests for attendance corrections and related administrative data
Device Identifiers: Unique device identifiers for security and authentication
App Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the application
Log Data: Technical logs for troubleshooting and security monitoring
Authentication: Verify employee identity and provide secure access to the application
Attendance Management: Track, record, and manage employee attendance and work hours
Leave Management: Process leave applications and maintain leave records
Calendar Services: Display work schedules, holidays, and attendance patterns
Administrative Functions: Enable supervisor and HR approval workflows
Fraud Prevention: Monitor for unusual activity and prevent unauthorized access
Data Security: Protect against security threats and maintain system integrity
Compliance: Meet legal and regulatory requirements for employee data management

System Notifications: Send alerts about attendance, leave approvals, and system updates via Firebase Cloud Messaging

Employer Access: Your employer organization has access to your attendance, leave, and work-related data
Authorized Personnel: HR administrators, supervisors, and authorized management personnel
System Administrators: Technical staff for system maintenance and support
Cloud Storage Providers: Secure cloud services (Firebase/Google Cloud) for data storage and backup
Authentication Services: Third-party services for secure login and verification
Push Notification Services: Firebase Cloud Messaging for delivering system notifications
We do not share any user data with advertising networks, data brokers, or third-party analytics services. No data collected by this app is used for tracking users across other apps or websites.

MitHrportal does not collect or use location data. No GPS coordinates or location information is gathered from your device.

The app supports optional device-level biometric authentication (Face ID on iOS, fingerprint/face unlock on Android) using the operating system's built-in authentication framework. The app does not access, store, or process any biometric data directly. All biometric processing is handled entirely on-device by the operating system's Secure Enclave or equivalent. The app only receives a success or failure authentication response.

MitHrportal does not track users across other companies' apps or websites. We do not use any advertising SDKs, ad networks, or data brokers. No data collected by this app is shared for advertising or marketing purposes.
MitHrportal is designed for use by employees and is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If your employer operates internationally, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
