CHILD SAFETY STANDARDS & CSAE ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY

MiteMite (developed and operated by Kaan Ceylan) strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE). We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of child endangerment, exploitation, or predatory behavior.

1. Prohibition: Any content, imagery, video, text, or communication depicting, encouraging, or facilitating CSAE/CSAM or the sexualization of minors is strictly prohibited.

2. In-App Reporting: Users can report any objectionable or abusive content, comment, or profile immediately using the built-in "Report" button.

3. Moderation & Enforcement: Reported content is prioritized for immediate removal, offending accounts and devices are permanently banned, and illegal activities are reported to relevant legal authorities and law enforcement (including NCMEC).

Acceptance of Terms: By using the MiteMite application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Privacy Policy, you must not use the Service and should exit the application immediately.

1) Personal Data We Collect

We collect data you provide (account information, profile details, content you create), data collected automatically (device information, usage analytics, app performance), and data from your interactions with other users.

2) How We Use Data

We use your data to provide and operate the Service, process uploads, improve security, personalize your experience, and comply with legal obligations. To ensure the security and integrity of our platform, detect and prevent fraudulent activities, and comply with our legal obligations globally, we automatically process and securely store your IP address, connection timestamps (log data), and device identifiers during your access and use of our services. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) in securing our platform against cyber threats and abuse, as well as our compliance with legal obligations (GDPR Article 6(1)(c)) in responding to lawful requests, warrants, or court orders from authorized law enforcement and judicial authorities worldwide. This data is stored securely in accordance with applicable retention limits and is never shared with third parties except under formal legal request.

3) AI Processing & Third-Party Providers

To provide advanced features, we use third-party services like Google services for content analysis and Cloudflare for infrastructure. All images and videos are stored securely, and all processing is done server-side for security.

4) Data Sharing

We share data with service providers like Firebase, Google services, and Cloudflare, and with authorities when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

5) Image Content & Privacy

All images and videos you upload are stored securely in Cloudflare. Access is restricted based on your privacy settings.

6) Your Rights

7) Account Deletion

MiteMite provides an in-app feature to delete your account and associated data under Settings > Privacy & Security.

8) Children's Privacy

The Service is strictly for users aged 16 or older. If you are under 16, you are prohibited from using the Service and must immediately cease all access.

9) Data Retention

We retain user data for as long as necessary for business operations, security, and legal compliance.

10) GDPR, CCPA & KVKK Rights

Users in the EEA, UK, California, and Turkey have additional rights regarding data access, portability, and erasure. Turkish users are specifically protected under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). Contact kcey9714@gmail.com to exercise these rights.

11) Security & Liability

We implement security measures but cannot guarantee 100% security. You use the Service at your own risk.

12) Do Not Track

We honor platform-level privacy choices like iOS ATT.
