Dr. Kishan Rao Balila, MBBS(BMC), MS(Gold Medalist), FMAS, DMAS, General and Laparoscopic Surgeon, Assistant Professor at AJ Medical College, Mangalore.
Dr. Kishan Rao Balila Also highligted that kidneys are the most important organ in the body and serve as a filter for our body. It eliminates wastes and surplus fluids from the human body. Consuming foods that are overly salty or spicy, not drinking enough water, eating fermented or processed foods are all risk factors for kidney disease.
