Service Terms & Conditions
Mitch MUA is a DTI & BIR registered business under "Mitch Makeup Service" with DTI Permit Number 5065162.
Upon booking a service, you will be provided with a contract detailing the service provision details and other conditions stated in this area.
Mitch MUA is an entity duly engaged in the business of Make Up Services and shall be hereinafter referred to as the "CONTRACTOR";
Anyone who wishes to engage and avail of the sesrvices offered by the contractor shall be hereinafter referred to as the "CLIENT".
The Contract contains the entire agreement between the parties, and neither party has relied on any prior representation that is not contained in the Contract, however, the Contract may be amended with the consent by both parties as manifested by their signatures thereon.
In the fulfillment of the Contractor's obligations to the CLIENT, the CONTRACTOR shall select and hire its workers and agents and that the package fees herein agreed upon shall include but are not limited to their wages, and transportation fees.
Cancellation
1. The contract will have a one (1) year validity period.
2. Cancellation can be initiated by the CLIENT and therefore all payments completed upon the date of cancellation shall be deemed non-refundable, such amount that were already paid by the CLIENT shall be used to defray the expenses incurred by the CONTRACTOR in the course of the preparation for the event of the CLIENT.
3. If the client fails to confirm (either verbally, written or over the phone platforms) a final date of execution after one (1) year from the date of signing the service contract shall be automatically cancelled.
4. If the client chooses to MOVE the final execution date of the event outside of the one (1) year effectivity and validity period, the contract shall be automatically cancelled and a new contract shall be drafted under new terms and conditions and the terms of the prior agreements shall not be transferrable.
Force Majeure
1. In any case of failure to perform this agreement due to any force majeure, neither party shall be held liable, and the contract shall be extended accordingly.
2. The CONTRACTOR may decide to cancel or move the date of the event depending on the availability of the CONTRACTOR case of force majeure.
Payment Method
Cash upon meetup and must be completed upon completion of service.
GCash & PayMaya payments are accepted upon request and must be completed prior to the completion of service.
Bank Transfer are accepted upon request and must be processed at least 1 day prior the event
Bank Cheques are accepted upon request and must be processed at leat 3 days prior to the event and service completion
Handling Package Changes
Packages shown in this website are the basic packages of the artist and are subject to changes without prior notice.
Packages are finalized after a confirmed agreement between client and contractor and can only be changed by the same.
Any changes to the packages must be amicably resolved by both parties prior to the start of service provision.
Packages and Contracts completed signed and agreed byy both parties are not transferrable.
Safety
It is the Contractors obligation to maintain the materials used during the srvice to be clean and sanitized. However, allergic reactions caused by unknown caused, misinformed artist and unknowing client are not attributable to the contractor. It is the clients obligation to be informed of their skin condition and allergies prior to the start of the service.
For home bound services, it is the responsibility of the client to provide the artist/contractor with a safe environment to work with and any damages or injuries attributable to the client shall be settled by the client accordingly.
