Return Policy for Mitchell Seiti Hair Products

Eligibility Criteria:

- The return policy applies to customers who have followed the usage instructions.

- It does not cover customers with medical conditions. Please Consult with a professional first.

- Customers must use the product for the full duration before claiming a refund.

- In the case of a broken item seal or spillage, customers must provide images as proof for the incident.

- Proof of purchase is required for every return.

- For serious conditions like severe hair loss, customers must provide proof that the product did not make a difference.

Return Period:

- We have a 45-day return policy, meaning you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Process:

1. To start a return, contact us at mitchellpseiti@gmail.com.

2. Returns should be sent to: 21 Block D MAbopane, Olebogeng Street, Pretoria, GP, 0190, South Africa.

3. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

4. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. If you reside outside South Africa, shipping your goods may take longer.

Damages and Issues:

- Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately for defective, damaged, or wrong items.

- Certain items like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods cannot be returned.

Refunds:
