ABOUT ME

I am an official of integrity, appointed by the Pennsylvania Department of State to serve the public as an impartial witness in performing a variety of notarial acts related to the signing of important documents. I am also a loan signing agent who is certified and trained to handle a variety of loan documents. I provide prompt and professional mobile notary services to homes, nursing facilities, retirement homes, hospitals and medical offices/facilities throughout the city of Philadelphia and surrounding counties within the state of Pennsylvania.

Printing of electronic documents, up to 200 pages FEE: $30.00

Printing additional pages, per page FEE:$0.25

Travel and non-closing FEE: $50.00

Cancellation fee 1 hour or less FEE: $35.00

Important Information: The travel fee is seperate from the fee for notarial acts; Travel Fee starts at: $25.00

Payment: Forms of acceptable payment Include: Cash, Electronic, Paypal, Zelle, Venmo, Apple pay

The above public notary fees do not include any clerical or administrative fee for services related to the notarial act, such as copying or scanning documents, postage, travel fees and wait times beyond the scheuled appointment time. These fees will be discussed at the time of scheduling and depend on the geographic area as well as the administrative or clerical services being requested by the customer. I am a commission notary, bonded and errors and omission Insured.
