1- RECOMMENDED: Complete one of the Tax Preparation Appointment forms below. Our volunteers wil process the forms at the end of each workday (Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays). You will receive an email confirmation within 5-7 days of submitting your request.

2-For VITA appointments only: click on an available slot from one of the schedules linked below. Each block represents a different preparer with different availability. Please try another block if you don't see a date/time that works for you that's available for the block that you try.

Several of our Tax Preparers are fluent in both Spanish and English.
If you need a Spanish speaking tax preparer, please submit an Appointment Request Form (Spanish version, below), text/email us or scroll through the online options until you see "BILINGUAL VITA Tax Preparation," then select your appointment time.

Watch the video for an example of how to make an appointment. If you do not find any appointments available using this method, please submit an Appointment Request Form or text/email us with your request. We reserve some space for appointments that may not be booked online,. That space is only available by using the Appointment Forms or texting our appointment line.
Please note: Your tax Preparer's name is not Susan Graham. Susan Graham's name is shown at the top of the appointment scheduling section only because she manages the appointment calendar. It's a weird Google Calendar thing :-)
