1. Booking & Payment

• Payments can be made via M-Pesa, bank transfer, or cash on arrival (as agreed during booking).
  
  

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in time: 12:00 pm
  
  

• Check-out time: 10:00 am
  
  

• Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged upon request and availability. Additional fees may apply.
  
  

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before check-in may qualify for a refund.
  
  

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may incur a cancellation fee.
  
  

• Refund processing timelines depend on the payment method used.
  
  

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are expected to respect the property, furnishings, and neighbors.
  
  

• Any damage caused during the stay will be charged to the guest.
  
  

• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments.
  
  

• Pets are allowed only in select units (confirm during booking).
  
  

5. Occupancy

• Each unit has a maximum occupancy limit. Please confirm before booking.
  
  

• Subletting or transferring the booking to another person without prior consent is not allowed.
  
  

6. Amenities & Services

• WiFi, parking, housekeeping, and 24/7 security are included in your stay.
  
  

• Additional services (e.g., extra cleaning, laundry) may attract extra charges.
  
  

7. Liability

• Misty Homes Ke is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during your stay.
  
  

• Guests are encouraged to secure valuables and use the provided security features.
  
  

8. Long-Term Stays

• Discounts apply for long-term stays (7 days or more).
  
  

• Long-term guests may be required to sign a separate rental agreement.
