Terms and Conditions of Misti Movers and Packers Lucknow

Welcome to Misti Movers and Packers Lucknow! By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services Overview :

1. Misti Movers and Packers provide relocation services, including packing, moving, transportation, and unpacking for both residential and commercial clients. 

2. All services are subject to availability and confirmation of the booking.

2. Booking and Payment :

1. A booking is confirmed only after the receipt of a signed agreement and payment of the advance.

2. Full payment must be made prior to the completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

3. Accepted modes of payment include cash and online transfers.

3. Client Responsibilities: 

1. Clients must provide accurate details about the items to be moved, including fragile or valuable items.

2. Any changes to the scope of work or destination must be communicated promptly and may incur additional charges.

3. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the property is accessible for loading and unloading.

4. Liability:

1. Misti Movers and Packers are not responsible for damage or loss of items not packed by our team.

2. Liability for any damage during transit is limited to the declared value of the item and must be claimed within 2 days if Insurance has been taken by Party then it will be on cusotmer risk. 

3. We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, roadblocks, or mechanical failures.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

1. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date will qualify for a full refund.

2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service date may incur a cancellation fee. 

3. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation request.

6. Prohibited Items:

1. Clients are encouraged to obtain insurance coverage for their goods during transit.

2. Misti Movers and Packers can assist with arranging third-party insurance upon request.

8. Disputes and Governing Law:

1. Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved amicably through mutual discussion. 

2. In the event of unresolved disputes, the matter will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

9. Amendments: 

1. Misti Movers and Packers reserve the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
