Pricing may vary based on job complexity, equipment needed, or unforeseen complications (e.g., hidden decay).
We reserve the right to refuse service for safety or legal reasons.

We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards; a 3% fee applies to card payments.
Cancellations require 24-hour notice to avoid a $50 scheduling fee.

While we take utmost care, MisterTree is not liable for:
Damage to underground utilities not marked by 811.
Pre-existing tree conditions (e.g., disease, instability) that worsen post-service.
Clients must disclose property hazards (sprinkler systems, septic tanks, etc.) before work begins.

You agree not to misuse our site (e.g., spam, hacking, fraudulent bookings).

Acts of nature (storms, wildfires) that affect tree health after service.
Third-party damages caused by client negligence (e.g., unmarked utilities).
