Welcome to Mister Montuno (hereinafter, "the App"). These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and LEOM MUSIC LAB S.L. (hereinafter, "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), regarding your use of the App.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Intellectual Property & Ownership
The App, including but not limited to the "Mister Montuno" method, user interface, design, code, graphics, and all audio files, multi-tracks, and "stems" included in the music player, are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of LEOM MUSIC LAB S.L.
License Grant: We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App and listen to the audio files for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes only.
Restrictions: You strictly agree NOT to export, extract, record, sample, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer, or use any audio stems, tracks, or software code for any commercial project or external musical production without prior written consent from the Company.
2. Premium Subscription Plans
To access the full suite of music stems and advanced features, you may purchase a premium subscription.
Available Plans:
Monthly Plan: Billed monthly, auto-renews every thirty (30) days.
Annual Plan: Billed annually, auto-renews every three hundred and sixty-five (365) days.
Billing and Cancellation: Subscriptions are managed and billed directly through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device account settings. Cancelled subscriptions will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle; no partial refunds are provided.
Price Changes: The Company reserves the right to modify subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated in advance via the App Stores.
3. User Feedback & Suggestions
The App includes a form allowing Users to submit suggestions and feedback.
By submitting any suggestion, you acknowledge that it is provided 100% anonymously and voluntarily.
You hereby transfer all rights, titles, and interests in such feedback to LEOM MUSIC LAB S.L. without any claim to compensation, royalty, or attribution. We reserve the right to implement, modify, or ignore your suggestions in future updates of the App.
4. Third-Party Software Credits
The App's audio engine utilizes 'libmpv', which is licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL). Source code and licensing details for this library can be found at: https://mpv.io/.
5. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". LEOM MUSIC LAB S.L. does not warrant that the App will be completely error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain.

At Mister Montuno (hereinafter, "the App"), developed and operated by LEOM MUSIC LAB S.L. (hereinafter, "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish data protection laws (LOPDGDD).
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

We strongly believe in "Privacy by Design" and minimize data collection to the absolute necessary.
A. Non-Personal & Anonymized Analytics
What we collect: We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how users interact with our App (e.g., which musical tracks/stems are played most frequently, sessions duration, and application crashes).
Privacy compliance: Google Analytics is configured in anonymized mode. This data is purely statistical, aggregated, cannot identify you personally, and does not constitute Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
Purpose: To improve the technical stability, usability, and musical content of the App.
B. Anonymous Suggestions and Feedback
What we collect: The suggestions, ideas, or feedback you submit voluntarily through our in-app suggestion form.
Privacy compliance: This form is 100% anonymous. We do not collect your name, email, device ID, or any other personal identifiers.
C. Subscription and Payment Data
What we collect: Subscription transactions are processed directly and securely by Apple Inc. (App Store) or Google LLC (Google Play Store).
Privacy compliance: The Company does not access, collect, or store your credit card details, bank account numbers, or billing addresses. We only receive anonymous transaction confirmations and status updates (active/expired) from the app stores to unlock your Premium features.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
Our legal basis for processing anonymous usage data is our legitimate interest (Art. 6.1(f) GDPR) to maintain, secure, and optimize the music player engine and app content.
4. Third-Party Services
The App utilizes the following third-party services which comply with international privacy standards:
Google Play Services / Firebase: For stability analytics (Crashlytics) and anonymous usage tracking.
Apple App Store / Google Play Billing: For secure subscription and payment processing.
5. Your Rights (GDPR Compliance)
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase any personal data we hold. However, because our analytics are anonymized and our suggestion form is 100% anonymous, we do not hold any personal data that allows us to identify you.
If you wish to stop Google Analytics tracking entirely, you may do so by managing your device's privacy/advertising settings or by uninstalling the App.
6. Account and Data Deletion You may request the deletion of your account and any associated personal data at any time. To initiate this process, please send an email to contact@playwithpiano.com with the subject line 'Account Deletion Request'.
Once received, we will process your request within 30 days. Please note that:
Your subscription status is managed by the App Store/Google Play Store, so you should also cancel your subscription in your device settings to avoid future charges.
Since our analytics are anonymized, your usage history cannot be linked back to you once your account identity is removed.
