Over the 7.5 years that I have worked with Missy while on City Council and while she has served as Interim Mayor, I have found her a great person to work with. From what I have witnessed, she is looking to do what is best for the City of Lander.
I have never seen an instance where she has tried to twist a gray area in such a way as to make that area more beneficial for a particular portion of the community.
She is very fiscally conservative as can be seen by the surplus that is currently in this year's budget.
She is a busy lady, but is always willing to discuss concerns of the citizens and has an open door policy.

Missy White doesn't play politics — she gets things done. She knows the value of a hard-earned dollar and never treats taxpayer money like it's free.
She listens to everyday folks, not special interests. Every voice at the table gets heard and respected, whether you agree with her or not. That's rare in government today.
Missy doesn't chase easy applause. She works within the real rules and real budgets the Council faces, and she fights for the most practical path forward — one that protects Lander's future instead of mortgaging it for a quick win.
With decades of real-world business and leadership experience, Missy White brings the kind of no-nonsense, get-it-done judgment Lander needs to move into the next decade strong, independent, and true to its values.

Lander is facing increasingly pivotal economic times, and we need an experienced mayor at the helm– Missy White has already demonstrated the ability to listen, to lead, and to make the difficult decisions that deliver results for our community. Her knowledge and skills have been honed as a City Council member and put to the test as our current mayor. I encourage my Lander neighbors to join me in voting for Missy White for mayor this August.
