2025 Competition Due Dates and Mandatory Events

This is not mandatory, but highly encouraged. If you cannot attend, but would like the opportunity to connect and ask questions, please let us know and we will find time to connect. 

If you are planning to compete, we suggest getting started on these requirements and paperwork PRIOR to the info session.

Mandatory Requirements:

Financial Requirements 

• Miss America Member Network $30 Online Registration: Follow the link and complete all steps

  • Due 9/28

• $50 Registration Fee Donation To Miss Western MA Org. Can be check or Venmo)

  • Due 9/28

• American Heart Association Fundraising Fee - Minimum $30 fundraising to support American Heart Association x Miss America. Click HERE for more information

  • Registration Due 9/28

  • Funds Due 10/10

Paperwork Requirements - Due Electronically by Friday September 27 (Addendum and Contract must also be printed and brought to Boot Camp)

1. Fact Sheet - Submitted Online

2. Community Service Initiative  - Submitted Online

3. Talent Music / Talent Description - HerStory Details - Submitted online 

4. Contract (signed) Including: copies of birth certificate, health ins. card, license, official transcript, etc. - Printed & Submitted Online ** YOU MUST MAKE A COPY PRIOR TO COMPLETING THE CONTRACT

5. Miss Western Massachusetts Scholarship Org Contract Addendum - Printed & Submitted Online

Not Mandatory, but highly encouraged: 

• Help share our online 50/50 Raffle! Click the link for more info and social media graphics to share. Tickets are $10 each and we will pull the winner on stage at the competition! Officially will start on September 12th - one month from competition day!

• Sell tickets to our 2025 Competition - information and ticketing link will be available by September 21st

You are responsible for ALL competition wardrobe and accessories (aside from your Opening Number TShirt. Note: Fitness Wear must be purchased from the Rebel Fitness x Miss America Collaboration)
