Scholarship Application

There are three parts to the scholarship application:

1. Application (the Google form below serves as the application)

2. An essay that answers the questions "What does music, in particular band, mean to you?" and "Why do you intend to pursue a career in music education?" You may upload your document at the end of this application.

3. Letter of recommendation from your band director. Directors, please upload the document to the separate form below or you may mail it to the address given.

All three parts must be submitted electronically or postmarked by Friday, November 29, 2019 to the following address:
