One thing that really bothers me: When a partner tells me "I will send you a post today/tonight/tomorrow/some other tangible moment in time," then no post is being made in said timeframe. I prefer you to not attach any timeframe in which you will post, if you are not absolutely sure you will actually do it. It sets a certain expectation and breeds disappointment when you say you'll do something and then proceed to not do it.
