Mugen Life Bars 1280 X 720p

I'm trying to change the lifebars, i copy and paste fonts and data files, i edit the system on both the data file and mugen1 folder. Sometimes the lifebar appears but in the wrong resolution (a lot smaller) and other times the lifebars don't change at all.

If it's any consolation, there's a 640x480 version too!...but there's no way I'm getting these working in 1.0 (or WinMUGEN, har).
