For beginning teachers we offer a "kick-start" program that introduces the components of literacy and the learning goals for their respective grade levels. We understand the importance of maximizing the most important minutes of the day committed to literacy and want your teachers to be able to grow beyond their undergraduate preparation programs.
For more skilled teachers, we can arrange for development and support within your specialized literacy program. This includes strengthening instructional practices within whole group, small group, writing, intervention time, and blended content instruction. With a background in participating in DESE standards writing and assessment item writing. We can help you take your classroom curriculum and instruction from good to great.
We belive that good coaching, comes with good modeling and mentoring. Our work doesn't cease with the trainings. We promise to follow through with your teachers until they are confident and successful in their practice.
